The divine voice addresses her tenderly as Girijakumari, daughter of the mountain. Across the vast forest, the words reach the one whose body has been pared down by ages of austerity.

Her heart's desire has borne fruit. The unbearable discipline may now be released, for Tripurari will become hers.

Nothing outward has yet changed. Shiva has not appeared, the wedding drums have not sounded, and Parvati still stands alone among trees. Yet divine assurance enters the clearing as the first visible dawn of fulfilment. The trees receive the announcement with her.

Before Shiva arrives, the sky itself places the promise in Aparna's hands.

Read the passage from the Manas

भयउ मनोरथ सुफल तव सुनु गिरिजाकुमारि। परिहरु दुसह कलेस सब अब मिलिहहिं त्रिपुरारि।।74।।

"Listen, O Girijakumari, daughter of the mountain: your heart's desire has borne fruit. Release all this unbearable suffering. Tripurari will now be yours."
