Himavan's city gleams with a beauty before which the Creator's own craftsmanship seems modest. Forests and gardens enter the urban design without losing their living abundance.
Wells, ponds, and rivers catch the ceremonial light. Auspicious arches span the streets, and banners and standards rise above every house, making the whole city one continuous threshold of welcome.
Women and men move through the splendour with such grace and intelligence that even sages feel the mind drawn outward in wonder. The birthplace of the Mother has become a visible and inexhaustible hymn.
Brahma looks upon the decorated city and sees creation surpassed by a father's love.

लघु लाग बिधि की निपुनता अवलोकि पुर सोभा सही। बन बाग कूप तड़ाग सरिता सुभग सब सक को कही।। मंगल बिपुल तोरन पताका केतु गृह गृह सोहहीं।। बनिता पुरुष सुंदर चतुर छबि देखि मुनि मन मोहहीं।।
Beholding the true splendor of that city, even Vidhi's craftsmanship seemed small. Its forests, gardens, wells, ponds, and rivers were all so lovely that no tongue could tell their beauty.
