The voice tells sages, siddhas, and lords of the gods to abandon fear. For their sake, the Lord will assume human form within the noble solar dynasty, entering earthly lineage with his divine portions.
Kashyapa and Aditi once performed great tapasya and received his boon. They now live in Kosala as King Dasharatha and Queen Kausalya. In their home he will take birth with three brothers who will become ornaments of Raghu's line.
Narada's words will be fulfilled, supreme Shakti will accompany the incarnation, and Earth's burden will be removed. The gods hear the promise and return with joy. Brahma consoles the cow, whose heart becomes fearless as divine birth moves from ancient boon toward approaching time.
The unseen Lord names Dasharatha's house, and Ayodhya becomes the centre of heaven's hope.

"Fear not, O sages, siddhas, and king of the gods. For your sake, I shall take on human form. With My divine portions (amshas), I shall incarnate as a man, taking birth in the noble and radiant dynasty of the Sun."
