Bharadvaja dwells at Prayag with deep love for Ram's feet. Equanimity, self mastery, and compassion have made his hermitage a place of quiet strength. He knows the path of the highest Reality, yet lives beside the meeting of rivers where seekers of every kind arrive with wet garments, offerings, questions, and hope.
When the sun enters Capricorn in the month of Magha, the king of pilgrimages fills before dawn. Gods, asuras, kinnaras, and human beings descend with reverence into the Triveni, where pale Ganga, dark Yamuna, and hidden Saraswati meet. They worship Madhava's lotus feet, touch the imperishable banyan, and sing as the winter light enters its branches.
After bathing, sages gather in Bharadvaja's beautiful hermitage. Morning fires send thin smoke above the roofs. Voices move from group to group, not in idle dispute but in accounts of Hari's virtues. The confluence continues upon land as one stream of wisdom meets another.
Three rivers meet beneath the winter sky, and the sages carry their confluence into speech.

भरद्वाज मुनि बसहिं प्रयागा। तिन्हहि राम पद अति अनुरागा।। तापस सम दम दया निधाना। परमारथ पथ परम सुजाना।। माघ मकरगत रबि जब होई। तीरथपतिहिं आव सब कोई।। देव दनुज किंनर नर श्रेनी। सादर मज्जहिं सकल त्रिबेनीं।। पूजहि माधव पद जलजाता। परसि अखय बटु हरषहिं गाता।। भरद्वाज आश्रम अति पावन। परम रम्य मुनिबर मन भावन।। तहाँ होइ मुनि रिषय समाजा। जाहिं जे मज्जन तीरथराजा।। मज्जहिं प्रात समेत उछाहा। कहहिं परसपर हरि गुन गाहा।।
The sage Bharadvaja dwells at Prayaga, the sacred confluence. His heart overflows with love for the feet of Rama. He is an ascetic rich in equanimity, self-mastery, and compassion, supremely wise upon the path of the highest Truth.
