The duty before Bharata is vast: royal administration, public honor, the ruler's dharma, the earth and its people, wealth and its stewardship, and the life of the household.
No individual strength could hold all these threads while grief still surrounds the throne. Rama therefore does not leave Bharata alone with the weight. The protecting power of the guru stands within the command.
Through that grace, Bharata will preserve what appears too numerous and fragile to preserve. The auspicious outcome will not arise from mastery but from service aligned with sacred guidance, allowing worldly governance to become an extension of obedience.
The kingdom is placed in Bharata's hands, but the strength within those hands is named first as the grace of the guru.

राज काज सब लाज पति धरम धरनि धन धाम। गुर प्रभाउ पालिहि सबहि भल होइहि परिनाम।।305।।
Raaj kaaj sab laaj pati dharam dharani dhan dhaam. Royal duties, all honour, dharma, the earth, wealth, and home: by the guru's power you shall protect them all, and the outcome will be auspicious.
