Vasishtha turns cosmic sovereignty into practical counsel. The assembly's welfare cannot be secured by opposing Ram's command, however noble its desire.
His inclination and his word must be kept upon the head, the place of reverent obedience. Only within that alignment can a remedy remain true.
The wise are asked to understand this together and form one consent. Unanimity is not sought through pressure or convenience, but through shared submission to Ram's direction. The council becomes capable of speaking only after it accepts the boundary love must not violate. Wisdom becomes a common act of reverence.
Vasishtha asks every wise voice to meet beneath one consent: hold Ram's will upon the head, and let welfare arise within obedience.

राखें राम रजाइ रुख हम सब कर हित होइ। समुझि सयाने करहु अब सब मिलि संमत सोइ।।254।।
"Holding fast to Rama's rajaai and His divine rukh, His gracious inclination, brings true hit, true welfare, to us all. Understanding this, O wise ones, now come together and let your unanimous sammat be just that."
