Bharadvaja's praise turns toward Dasharatha, whose tender love and reverent restraint held a mystery deeper than royal lineage.
Through that love, Ram appeared visibly upon earth. The king became father to the one whom Shiva carries ceaselessly within heart and eyes, beholding without ever reaching satisfaction.
The brief verse widens the family sorrow into cosmic scale. The son whom Dasharatha guarded was the inexhaustible object of Shiva's contemplation. Yet divine manifestation entered the intimacy of a father's affection, accepted a household, and allowed itself to be loved through human bonds. Dasharatha's death in separation is understood against this immeasurable nearness, not merely against the loss of an heir.
The Ram whom Shiva never tires of beholding came visibly into Dasharatha's arms through the power of a father's reverent love.

जासु सनेह सकोच बस राम प्रगट भए आइ।। जे हर हिय नयननि कबहुँ निरखे नहीं अघाइ।।209।।
By whose tender love and reverent affection Rama Himself appeared on this earth, whom Shiva holds forever in his heart and in his eyes, never tiring of beholding Him.
