The verse names communities whom the social world dismisses or keeps at its edges: Svapach, Shabar, Khas, Yavan, Kol, Kirat, the unlettered, and the humble.
No gate is placed before the name of Ram. The syllables pass through every mouth without asking lineage, learning, or position, and the one who utters them becomes supremely pure.
What society calls obscure becomes renowned throughout the worlds when remembrance enters it. The transformation does not flatter exclusion by granting a rare exception. It reveals the greater law already shining in Guha's embrace: Ram's name is not made sacred by the speaker. The speaker is made sacred by Ram's name, and nothing inherited can stand beyond its reach.
Where the world sees an outcast, the name of Ram finds a mouth capable of becoming radiant across all worlds.

स्वपच सबर खस जमन जड़ पावँर कोल किरात। रामु कहत पावन परम होत भुवन बिख्यात।।194।।
Svapach, Shabar, Khas, Yavan, the simple-hearted, the humble Kol and Kirat; by uttering Rama's Name they become supremely pure and renowned throughout all the worlds.
