Ananta emphasizes that the ultimate reality is already present and inescapable, teaching that no amount of seeking or spiritual practice can bring one closer to the Self than they already are in this very moment.
You have never left the destination; you are already all there is.
Even in the highest yoga or worldly success, you will only find yourself to be what you are now.
No step can bring you to it, and no step can take you away from it.

So, what final experiment? If somebody said, 'If you do this, all things will be resolved. Take three steps. And to take these three steps and all things will be resolved. First you go to Kailash, then Rishikesh.' I need three steps and then your life is completely resolved. Actually, steps are needed. Just go to Thiruvannamalai and they should be easier. Okay, just one step. Just made it really simple. Thank you, thank you.
You say no step is needed, all things are perfectly resolved and born. No, this I don't... please tell me where to go. That one is... this is the trick. And see if you like this. That is why steps are more popular in this world. No steps is very important. Or did that... so video of the Zen master who has a discussion. He is sitting on the steps. Okay, this is paraphrasing and nobody can tell a story as good as my storytelling. So this Zen master is sitting on the steps. Another man comes to him. 'You're sitting around? I need to go work on your field.' So then what will happen? 'Then use that money and build a house for your son.' And then what will happen? 'For yourself, you can have some more money and get married.' Then what will happen? 'Then you can have kids and they will come into your life or they can also work with you on the fields.' And then? 'But then just sit in peace.' Something to do. So Zen master says, 'That's what I'm doing.'
This is what I mean when I say wherever you may wander, you will only find yourself because it's inescapable. You could be doing the highest Kriya yoga, pranayama, all your chakras could be cohesion. You could travel to a million aspects of times, fields. You would like all of the seven billion beings in humanity to recognize your goodness and will be subservient to you. But even in all of this, you will only find yourself to be what you are now. Not one inch greater can you become. You are already all there is. You have never left the destination. You motionlessly... you can't even play this game of seeker and finder, of wandering and freedom. You just are. God is God now.
Before you can decide whether this is true or not, you are. Whatever your conclusion you might think, you can only make it because you are. 'I am' is the sole citizen, substratum of all appearances. No step can bring you to it and no step can take you away from it. It is not applicable to you. It's important to say it is not applicable because some of you would have heard this firstly like what he's saying is 'Don't do Kriya.' I didn't say that. I just said whatever you might be doing, you are. Whatever you might not be doing, you are. It is the basis for all doing or not. It is the light of all appearances because you are you.
