Thank you. And I should pray to my mind, please leave me alone for the next few minutes. And trust me, Father, it listens. You know, because right now, of all the time, I've given very less time right now to do the sadhana. And I'm trying to leave it alone. Please for the next 30 minutes of whatever I've done. Please don't disturb me. And I talk to my mind as a child and chanting or being that vegetarian state. It comes. But I started instead of fighting or trying to, because the more I fight, it is taking me home. For the time I'm chanting or meditating, the whole exercise is gone for a few times. And days of gone like this. You know, you're doing it, but if you're not there, you know. And this is the ultimate, see, ultimate is most important point. Because if you can cross, transcend this bridge, you're licking bit. Even 50%. And the other side is the presence. And I think practice, practice, practice, practice.
