they are an avoidance to a true meeting, like I often shared this way, I said that somebody is coming towards you, the minute you label that one American or German, you already restricted or limited the way in which you are meeting that one. So, if I say I am meeting a British and you are just walking towards you and I am like British stiffer public and you know a dry sense of humor and all this kind of thing which I have already presumed based on some phenomenal evidence, isn't it? So, that is how we use the term, it is like guilt, unworthiness, pride, all of these are very broad generalization, what might be appearing is much more fresh, is it? So, the invitation here is to just look at these, to just be open to everything that is arising, but don't say that that is
