Do not fear the sensation of fear

The fear of death, may the Lord give you all the courage. All the courage. Echo coming back. That's better. So, one part is that may He give you all the courage to deal with this situation. The other part is to remember that even this, like dryness, the fear of death, the fear of annihilation, is actually the ego's fear of annihilation. So we expect that to happen in the spiritual search and our courage is to accept whatever life can throw at us even if it means the end of this life, to meet it in His light, to meet it in His love. and you will see that the fear of this death will be the fear of the identity fear of losing all identity but your life will not come to an end so I bless you and may you remember that there is nothing to fear on God's path and yet the fear will show up as a sensation of fear but don't fear the sensation of fear. Allow it to come.
