Sometimes trauma releases — don't pull it back by dwelling on it

Sometimes we feel like some trauma is being released or some things are just getting out of our system, but the mind pushes things in our day to day life so that we end up. We just dwell on something so much that we just we never actually release it gets released and then we then we bring it all back in again so allow our heart to guide us in all of this. Sometimes to look at it and to let it go is good. Sometimes to just let it go without examining is good and all this will be day to day minute to minute actually.
