why do we say that? No, no. If there was, in the sense that if there was somebody on the street, who would just sing some random thing, come to something and say, you know, this random stranger was saying some nonsense. So many times, I notice that when you say, this is what the mind says, it is because at least the little belief has already gone to what it says. And you bring it up, hopefully, it's for it to be, some chopped and removed. But sometimes, not in this case, I don't know what the mind said in this case, we'll hear that. But sometimes, it feels like a validation in that moment of something that I'm believing. But it seems too scary to say, I feel. So, let me just say the mind says.
