What Is the Source of this Certainty?

The source of certainty is not in the mind or external authorities but in the direct awareness of one's own existence, the 'I Am' itself.

So, when I ask you all this question ‘What is that you are representing?’ in a way it is provoking you to be certain. Are you certain that you are that which you are representing? And what makes you certain? What is the source of this certainty? Is it conceptual? Is it perceptual? Which most will say experiential. So if you are going to represent a bucket of flesh and blood which is nothing but a set of perceptions. Are you certain you want to do that? This [Pointing to the body] is a bucket of flesh and blood! What is it? Do you want to represent this bucket of flesh and blood? Are you sure that this is how you want to spend your life? You better be sure because that’s what will happen.
