True remembrance is diving into awareness and understanding 'All is great' regardless of whether life goes 'your way' or not.

Everything Gets It’s Being-ness From Your Being I am saying, everything that is in the waking state let it be, whatever it is. What this body is doing, what this mouth is speaking, all of that, everything, let it be as it is. Again the instruction is not for the body, it includes the body and when I say ‘let it be’ it includes the body. I don’t want it to become like a ‘let it be body’ in Padmasana [posture of Yoga] it can be if it likes. But don’t confuse the instruction as if it is been shared for the body. Let the body be. Let the mind be. Let the intellect be. Let attention be. All of it gets it’s Being-ness from Being. And Being is not going wrong. This point is clear? Everything gets its Being-ness from your Being. You have to be for you to experience the Being- ness of anything, isn’t it? Have you ever experienced anything is without you? You say ‘When I went to sleep there was nothing’. Now don’t… we are not going into that intellectual sphere of whether there is something but I don’t perceive it or there is actually nothing. We are just talking about your experience. In your experience, there is nothing when you are not, when your presence is not, when your Being is not. So when we say ‘something is’ it is only a by-product of your Being. So let your Being take care of everything that is. In your light, it appears; let your light take care of it. That is not a personal light. So let this world move effortlessly and don’t forget to include the functioning of this body-mind in the functioning of the world. Because if you separate that that will become, you [will] start judging yourself based on the activity or inactivity of one body or one mind. Let that also be.

Key Teachings

  • True spiritual remembrance is not waiting for suffering to turn to God, but understanding in the heart that 'All is great' regardless of external circumstances
  • The practice is to dive into presence and ask 'Who is aware?' - recognizing the aware presence behind all experience rather than being lost in content
  • Don't beat yourself up over attachment; use every situation as an opportunity for deeper self-inquiry into your true nature
