Just Let Go

2020-07-24|1:10:10-1:1:29:46|Watch on YouTube

True letting go happens through understanding, not effort - when awareness sees through the mind's illusion of holding on, liberation is natural.

If you are trying to understand the Truth, you are doing it wrong. If you are trying to perceive the Truth, you are doing it wrong. Even if you are trying to be the Truth, you are doing it wrong. If there is any trying, you are doing it wrong. Just let it all go, all your effort. Once you are in Satsang, what is the effort you are making to come to Satsang? Once you are in Satsang, what is the effort you are making to come to Satsang? But you are already are. Once you are in Bangalore, what is the effort that you are making to come to Bangalore? It sounds absurd, isn’t it? In the same way, for the Self to try and make an effort to be the Self is absurdity. Who will make it? Who is here? It’s only the Self. So just let go. [Silence] If you are still wondering whether you are doing it right or wrong just forget about it.
