Fresh English translation
Ayodhya's player swings in colour on Sarayu's bank with beloved Siya. The Savan swing is lovely; the sacred jewelled earth is green. Eternal privileged companions come adorned from their own bowers, singing rain-soaked songs that reveal great joy. Sometimes Pyari pushes her Beloved, sometimes the Beloved pushes Pyari. To Yugalapriya the married Pair is intoxicated with rasa and each sustains the other's play.
