आजु दोउ बिहरत बन में राम रसिक सिया प्यारी। बन प्रमोद अति मोद पाय बसंतरितु संपति प्रगट कियो छवि भारी॥ द्रुम रसाले अपि डार डार मंजरी मंजरी प्रति भँवर करत गुंजारी॥ यूथ यूथ नव नागरि आगरि विमलादिक तहाँ गान करति मनधारी। युगलप्रिया पुरनारि उमगि आनि मेवा भरि भरि कर कंचन की थारी॥

Today rasika Rama and beloved Siya sport together in the grove. Pramodavana's delight makes spring reveal its full splendour. Every mango branch bears blossom and bees hum at each cluster; troop after troop of accomplished young companions led by Vimala sings there in concentration. Yugalapriya and the women of the city joyfully bring golden trays heaped with delicacies.
