Fresh English translation
The Beloved Pair descends from the bed and sits upon a jewel-set stool to clean their teeth. Two foremost companions offer water again and again from golden, gemmed ewers; the joyful sight steals the mind. Gazing into a tall mirror, Chandrakala forgets her body while removing their drowsiness. With a soft cloth Yugalapriya attends to face and eyes, holding the treasure that is the rasika devotees' life.
