Fresh English translation

[63] Even those who grant masses of joy may be dear and honoured, yet without the Name I shall not gaze upon them at all; I remember the nectar-Abode Name. [64] Knowing speech without the excellent gift of love for the Name to be pain-giving, I shall continually relish remembrance of the Name, the abode of happiness. [65] I shall accept as a dear good person, friend, and chosen teacher only one whose tongue repeats the Name and is silent regarding other talk. [66] When will my mind be submerged in the sacred Name, the accessible ocean of nectar-rasa, always rejoicing and abandoning the world's grip of possessiveness? [67] O mind, day and night remain eager to repeat the Name, pure Abode; continue with body thrilled, despising hopes even for Vaikuṇṭha. [68] What use is liberation where Sītā-Rāma is not repeated? Without attachment to the Name, I shall reject even that most delightful state. [69] Reflect especially that without the Name there is immeasurable loss. Love the wish-fulfilling jewel of consciousness and discard worthless motives. [70] Vowed upon sacred bliss, the mind helplessly rejoices while reciting its beloved lesson of longing for the jewel-like Name and churning the rasa of love for it. Thus the first section, Longing for the Supreme-transcendent Name, is completed within Radiant Longing composed by Yugalānanya Śaraṇa.
