English Translation
Wherever I look, He stands. He is the very essence of the entire sky. He has settled into my eyes and remains there, pervading all. Without excluding any of the ten directions, He is equally present wherever I gaze. Says Tuka, He stands at the level of perfect equality, right before my sight.

What it means
Tukaram is reporting what he sees once vision has changed. He does not find God in one place but standing everywhere he turns, the inner essence of the entire sky, leaving out none of the ten directions. He says God has lodged in his very eyes, so the seeing and the seen are no longer separate. The last line presses this further: God stands in perfect evenness, present before the act of looking even starts, which means He is not an object the gaze finds but is already there ahead of it.
