English Translation
The devotees of Hari know no fear or anxiety. Narayana is the remover of all sorrow. There is no need to carry the burden of worldly worry, for the Lord does not let any debt accumulate. Keep your courage steady and remain content, for Narayana is always near. Says Tuka, my friend is Panduranga, who alone has pervaded the entire world.

What it means
Tukaram speaks as one who has handed his worries over and found them gone. The poem closes on the largest assurance, that this near friend, Panduranga, is the very one who pervades the whole world, so there is nowhere his care does not reach.
