English Translation
I have no enemy left in this universe except for my own ignorance, which stands in place of a parent. Why should there be any worry or fear or anxiety in the heart? I have come under the care of Vishvambhara. The saints guide me along their own path. Says Tuka, Narayana Himself sees to my nurture and sustenance with all that He has.

I have no enemy left anywhere. In this whole universe there is no one against me but my own ignorance, which stands where a parent should. Why should I fret about any of this? Why carry fear or worry or grief in my mind? I have come under Vishvambhara's care. The saints lead me along their own way. Tuka says: Narayana himself feeds me and raises me, with all that he has.
What it means
Tukaram declares that his last enemy is gone, except the one inside, his own ignorance, which he names as the false parent still lodged in him. Once he has placed himself under Vishvambhara's care, fear and worry and grief lose their reason to exist. He is not navigating alone: the saints walk him along their tested path. The final line rests the whole thing on God's parenthood, that Narayana himself nurtures and sustains him with everything he has, so anxiety becomes pointless once that care is trusted.
