English Translation

You know what is proper, O Panduranga; You understand the ways of righteousness. Then what more should I say? Let my words be fulfilled at Your feet. In an instant You can transform the store of past, destined, and present karma. Says Tuka, all power rests with You; You are the doer of everything.

In Plain Words

You know what is right, Panduranga; You understand the ways of righteousness. So what is left for me to say? Let it be settled at Your feet. In an instant You can change the store of past karma, the destined karma, and the karma now ripening. Tuka says: all power rests with You; You are the doer of everything.

What it means

Tukaram lays down even the work of asking. Since Panduranga already knows what is proper and just, there is nothing he can add by speaking; he simply lets the matter rest at God's feet. He then names the full weight of karma, the stored, the destined, and the active, and says God can overturn all three in a single moment. The point is that the laws which bind a person are not above God; the very ledger of one's deeds is His to revise. So surrender, not argument, is the right posture before the one who does everything.
