English Translation
This is the highest devotion that God loves: to offer up all attachment to worldly existence. Whatever the Infinite has ordained, let it be; keep contentment in the heart. To carry anxiety only multiplies sorrow; one must endure the fruit of one's past deeds. Says Tuka, place the whole burden upon Him, and carry on this worldly life with your heart set upon God's feet.

What it means
Tukaram defines the devotion God actually prizes, and it is not ritual but release: letting go of the grip on worldly life. Whatever the Infinite has arranged, accept it as it stands, and hold steady contentment inside rather than fighting the arrangement. He gives the plain reasoning: worry does not lift the load, it only piles on more suffering, and in any case the fruit of past deeds has to be lived through. So the move he urges is to shift the whole weight onto God and keep living the ordinary worldly life, but with the heart resting at His feet rather than clenched around the outcome.
