English Translation
All disciplines are fulfilled for the one who has Vitthal's Name on his lips. There is no need to toil at anything else or adopt any separate practice. Simply utter with your voice: Rama, Krishna, Govinda. You shall effortlessly attain the fruit, the enjoyment and celebration of Vaikuntha. Says Tuka, by His Name, one naturally becomes like Him.

In Plain Words
For the one who keeps Vithoba's name on his lips, every discipline is already done. You need not toil at anything else. You need not take up any other practice. Just say it with your voice: Rama, Krishna, Govinda. You will gain the fruit with no effort, the joy and the festival of Vaikuntha. Tuka says: by His name, you naturally become like Him.
What it means
Tukaram collapses the whole ladder of religious effort into one act: the name on the lips. He is not saying the disciplines are good and the name is a shortcut; he is saying the name fulfills them all, so the separate striving becomes needless toil. The two syllables, said with the voice, carry the speaker into Vaikuntha without labor. And the closing claim is the sharpest: you do not just reach God by His name, you take on His nature. Repeating what He is, you become like Him.
The Power of the Name
The supremacy of nama-smarana: God's name as the highest practice.
