Fresh English translation

In Savan, Sia no longer sustains her sulk; her taste turns wholly toward her Beloved. On the swing the young Lover pushes with force, speaking many entreaties. ‘Come quickly and meet him,’ says Rasarangmani: ‘Go, dear one—he longs for you. Forget the arts of delay and deception; keep faith with this monsoon tryst.’
