Fresh English translation
With lovely left hands, attendants move moon-bright fly-whisks from the two ends of their staffs. Pure companions fan them, and a golden, nectar-like parasol casts its splendor over the heads of Sita and Raghunatha. The natural companions have taken up their instruments, says Rasarangmani, and sing lovely monsoon melodies. Bending and swaying, giving push after push, the bee-like companions swing the darling Lady and her Beloved from the banks.
