The programme was checked directly in Bhuwaneshwar Nath Mishra ‘Madhav’, Rāma-bhakti-sāhitya meṃ Madhura Upāsanā, first edition, 1957, Internet Archive/DLI item in.ernet.dli.2015.480993. The 458-page scan’s PDF page 252 / printed page 235 reads:

सिद्धान्त चौंतीसी—सिद्धान्त के ३४ दोहे ।

This establishes only a report of thirty-four dohās on doctrine. The attribution to Rasik Alī comes from the programme grouping and registry; this short line does not repeat an author name. It is secondary bibliography, not a witness of any of the thirty-four verses, and it supplies no verse text.
