शैवान् शाक्तान् खलान् पाखण्डानशुचीन्नरान् । मूर्खान् कौतुकिनो धूर्तानन्यदेवरतापि ॥ ४८॥

English
It further names Śaivas, Śāktas, the wicked, people it calls heretics or impure, fools, idle curiosity-seekers, cheats, and those devoted to other deities.
