क्रियाकाण्डस्य शास्तासावैश्वर्यस्यापि शक्तिभृत् । पक्षपाती च धर्माणामधिष्ठाता प्रतिष्ठितः ॥ ५०॥

kriyākāṇḍasya śāstāsāvaiśvaryasyāpi śaktibhṛt | pakṣapātī ca dharmāṇāmadhiṣṭhātā pratiṣṭhitaḥ || 50||

He is the ruler of the Veda's action section and bears the power of sovereignty. Favoring the dharmas, he stands established as their presiding guardian.
