यो यस्याः प्रतिकूलः स्याद्गुणोप्यगुण एव सः । कुमुदिन्या यथा भानूदयोप्यनुदयप्रियः ॥ ६१॥

yo yasyāḥ pratikūlaḥ syādguṇopyaguṇa eva saḥ | kumudinyā yathā bhānūdayopyanudayapriyaḥ || 61||

Whatever is adverse to a woman becomes a fault for her even if it is a virtue—just as sunrise is adverse to the night-lotus, which loves the sun's non-rising.
