दम्पत्योरेवमन्योन्यं ज्ञात्वाशयमसंशयम् । उक्तिप्रत्युक्तिसन्दर्भोऽकार्यालीभिरिहोभयोः ॥ ५८॥

Having thus understood without doubt the mutual intention of the divine couple, the sakhīs recognized that their long chain of arguments and counterarguments had accomplished nothing for either one.
