अस्वभावप्रयुक्तः किं मानः किंवा स्वभावजः । दृश्यते मृगवच्चन्द्रत्विष्यतेऽस्यां मृगीदृशि ॥ ५२॥

asvabhāvaprayuktaḥ kiṃ mānaḥ kiṃvā svabhāvajaḥ | dṛśyate mṛgavaccandratviṣyate'syāṃ mṛgīdṛśi || 52||
English
‘Is this māna imposed upon her contrary to her nature, or does it arise from that nature? In this doe-eyed Lady it appears like the deer-shaped mark seen in the moon's radiance.’
