उक्तं हास्यविनोदाय वाक्यं हासाय तं प्रियः । मत्वा चोपससादाऽसौ वैदेहीं सुमनःप्रियाम् ॥ २॥

Recognizing that the words had been spoken within playful joking and laughter, the loving Lord approached Vaidehī, who is dear to every noble heart.
