इतिपूर्वैव सीतेति कल्पिता प्रियकारणात् । ततः सङ्गमयामासुस्तयाकान्तमिवावने ॥ ३९॥

itipūrvaiva sīteti kalpitā priyakāraṇāt | tataḥ saṅgamayāmāsustayākāntamivāvane || 39||

Because the whole stratagem had been arranged for the beloved couple, the sakhīs then brought the disguised lover together with Sītā in the grove.
