Chapter 7 · Verse 37

प्रियो रूपवतीं सम्यक कृत्वा कौतुक केलये । सखीभ्यो दर्शयामास प्रियोयमिति वादिनी ॥ ३७॥

priyo rūpavatīṃ samyaka kṛtvā kautuka kelaye | sakhībhyo darśayāmāsa priyoyamiti vādinī || 37||

English

For the sake of this curious sport, the beloved had perfectly fashioned himself as a beautiful woman. The yoginī then showed him to the sakhīs, declaring, ‘This is the beloved.’
