सर्वाधिकारिता लोके रामायणकथा श्रुतौ । तत्र सञ्जातशुद्धीनामत्र स्यादधिकारिता ॥ ८॥

Everyone in the world is qualified to hear the story of the Rāmāyaṇa; those who become purified through that hearing then acquire qualification for this intimate teaching.
