अत्र केवलभक्तस्य नान्येषामधिकारिता । ऐश्वर्य श्रवणे तेषां भक्तस्योभययोग्यता ॥ ३॥

atra kevalabhaktasya nānyeṣāmadhikāritā | aiśvarya śravaṇe teṣāṃ bhaktasyobhayayogyatā || 3||

Only the single-hearted devotee is qualified for this teaching, not others. Others may hear of divine majesty, while the devotee is fit to hear both majesty and intimate sweetness.
