प्रयस्यापि न ते नासौ दृश्यते यदि रुद्यते । भिद्यते हृदयं तर्हि प्रत्यक्षाशु ततोऽभवत् ॥ ४४॥

prayasyāpi na te nāsau dṛśyate yadi rudyate | bhidyate hṛdayaṃ tarhi pratyakṣāśu tato'bhavat || 44||

If, even after she searched, he still did not appear and she began to weep, his heart would break; therefore he at once made himself visible.
