Chapter 6 · Verse 13

हरिद्वर्णापि सा भूमिःशाद्वलैरुपरिस्थितैः । रक्ता पादतलच्छाया सङ्गादास तु योषिताम् ॥ १३॥

haridvarṇāpi sā bhūmiḥśādvalairuparisthitaiḥ | raktā pādatalacchāyā saṅgādāsa tu yoṣitām || 13||

English

Although the ground was green with the lawns spread over it, it became red through contact with the crimson reflection from the women’s soles.
