मधुरे भोजनेपुंसोविषवद्भोजने मलम् । मलं स्यादन्यदेवानां सेवनं फल वाञ्छया ॥ ५०॥

Just as poison or filth corrupts a person’s sweet meal, serving other gods from desire for reward is held here to be a defilement.
