मत्स्यादिभिरभेदोवा भेदो वास्ततिरत्ययः । तैस्तैरंशांशि भावो वा प्रमाणानुभवेन च ॥ १७॥

matsyādibhirabhedovā bhedo vāstatiratyayaḥ | taistairaṃśāṃśi bhāvo vā pramāṇānubhavena ca || 17||

Whether Rāma is held to be nondifferent from Matsya and the other forms, different from them, beyond such distinctions, or related to each as whole to part must be known through authoritative evidence and realization.
