उत्तमर्णोभिरामोऽसावर्थमानादिभिर्गुरोः । निषिद्धोपि महाराजसूनुत्वान्मृदुलत्वतः ॥ ३४॥

uttamarṇobhirāmo'sāvarthamānādibhirguroḥ | niṣiddhopi mahārājasūnutvānmṛdulatvataḥ || 34||
English
Lovely Rāma acknowledged his debt to the guru with wealth, honor, and other offerings, though the teacher tried to forbid such service because he was a great king’s tender son.
