अयोध्यापतिरेव स्यात्पतीनां पतिरीश्वरः । अन्याषां मथुरादीनां रामांशाः पतयो यतः ॥ १७॥

ayodhyāpatireva syātpatīnāṃ patirīśvaraḥ | anyāṣāṃ mathurādīnāṃ rāmāṃśāḥ patayo yataḥ || 17||
English
The Lord of Ayodhyā alone is sovereign, the Lord of all lords, for the lords of other sacred cities such as Mathurā are portions of Rāma.
