रामश्चापि पुरस्तस्य पतिर्लक्ष्म्या इवाच्युतः । अन्यः पतिर्व्रुवाणोयः पतितः सहि गर्हितः ॥ १६॥

rāmaścāpi purastasya patirlakṣmyā ivācyutaḥ | anyaḥ patirvruvāṇoyaḥ patitaḥ sahi garhitaḥ || 16||
English
Rāma alone is her eternal husband, just as Acyuta is the husband of Lakṣmī. Whoever names another as her husband is fallen and truly blameworthy.
