दृष्ट्वातान् रामभक्ताँस्तु ब्राह्मणान्वेदवित्तमान् । दण्डवत्प्रणनामासौ तुष्टाव च मुदाप्लुतः ॥ ८१॥

dṛṣṭvātān rāmabhaktā~stu brāhmaṇānvedavittamān | daṇḍavatpraṇanāmāsau tuṣṭāva ca mudāplutaḥ || 81||
English
Seeing those devotees of Rāma—brāhmaṇas and foremost knowers of the Veda—he prostrated himself like a staff before them and praised them, flooded with joy.
