गुप्तं भूतं तदा चासीद्दिव्यं युगसहस्रकम् । किमपि कालभावाच्च जीवलोकानुकम्पया ॥ १७१ ॥
That divine teaching remained hidden for a thousand yugas. Then, at a certain turn of Time and out of compassion for the world of living beings, it was revealed again.
