सौमित्रिरुवाच एतच्छ्रुत्वा महाशम्भुः प्रणम्यादौ रघूद्वहम् । सर्वैश्वर्यप्रदं मन्त्रं दत्तवान् विश्वहेतवे ॥ १६३ ॥
Saumitri said: Having heard this and first bowed to exalted Rāghava, Mahāśambhu gave the mantra that bestows every sovereignty to Mahāviṣṇu, the immediate cause of the manifest universe.
